Two-stage sharpener designed for sharpening various types of knives. It provides with a precise grind, and will work even on blades hardened to 65 HRC. It features a large rubber suction cup on the underside to prevent slipping while sharpening.
The sharpener is equipped with a two-stage sharpening wheel system:
- diamond with a gradation of 360 allowing to bring out a new cutting edge of a very blunt knife,
- ceramic with a gradation of 1200 allowing to smooth the pre-sharpened edge so that it retains its properties.
