Pentagon BDU 2.0 trousers are well made and the quality of the materials used immediately makes a good impression. The cut is comfortable and doesn’t restrict movement, while the practical, numerous pockets are well planned. The fabric seems sturdy, making the trousers suitable for everyday wear as well as various outdoor activities. I am very satisfied with the purchase and honestly recommend this product.

Very good trousers at a really attractive price. They have additional reinforcement at the back, so they don't tear easily. The belt loops are very wide – they fit every belt I use. The pockets are large and on one side have a Velcro fastener, which makes them easy to access while still keeping them well secured.

I was looking for durable trousers for everyday wear, for the outdoors and for work, something that would last, but at the same time would not look like obviously baggy work trousers. The trousers look good, unfortunately I am not familiar with the sizing, and with my 104 cm waist this size is too loose for me. I will order a new pair one size smaller.

For 33/34, the ranger green colour fits not too badly size-wise; the problem is that if you are athletic, it will feel tight, so you should go more for 34/34. If you get it in terra brown, you will not even be able to do up the trousers.... Such a difference for trousers of the same size is simply unthinkable…

At 183 cm tall and weighing 80–85 kg, I chose size 34/34. The length matches the size chart (110–111 cm), although the trousers are slightly too long for me – it would be good to shorten them by about 2–3 cm. The shorter option would already be too short, while they are a bit looser at the waist than I would have expected, but size 32 would have been too tight.

In my opinion, the Pentagon BDU 2.0 - Black military trousers are a weaker alternative to the Pentagon Ypero model. First of all, the drawcord solution in the Ypero is more comfortable and more functional than tying a cord at the bottom of the trouser legs. The side pockets fastened with hook-and-loop and a button are only average in practice, because the button is too tight and is basically not used. With these trousers, I also happened to snag a pocket on something, even though I use it less often than in the model being compared. The BDU 2.0 will be a better choice for people who do not want a tapered leg like in the Ypero. Size 33/34 fits very well for a height of 180 cm and a slim, athletic build in the 69-85 kg range.

Good trousers for the price. The only problem is the sizing: based on the size guide, especially the waist measurement, I logically chose a 34/34. But it actually corresponds to an EU 44, and since I normally wear a 40, they are far too loose on me. With a belt, they are still manageable. I would use them occasionally for bivouacking. But I do recommend this product; it is good quality. I will pay more attention to the size for my next orders.

For many years, I have chosen this model for my two sons, and we have all been satisfied with it, so we do not even look at other options. For the first time, we chose the PentaCamo camouflage version, and the trousers look really great, so it was a good purchase. As usual, the workmanship and material are of a very good standard. However, I do have one remark: we ordered two pairs, a black one and a PentaCamo one, in the same size 32/32, but the trouser leg length differs between them by 1 cm. I do not know whether this is correct, which is why I am taking off one star.

The material is durable, the seams are carefully made, and the additional reinforcement at the back means the trousers do not wear out quickly. I consider them a sensible and economical choice, a tried-and-tested standard. The downside is that they can be too warm during hot weather. Another advantage is the wide range of available colours.
