A complex of amino acids BCAA produced by Olimp Sport Nutrition in capsule form. It is intended for adults who are physically active or building muscle mass. BCAAs are the main amino acids that build muscle structure, which are also heavily involved in the energetics of aerobic processes (glucose-alanine cycle).

Taking BCAAs is designed to protect muscles (anti-catabolic effect) and stimulate anabolic processes - especially at post-workout time. BCAAs are especially recommended for people who do aerobic exercise on an empty stomach.

Recommended daily serving: 5 capsules 3 times a day - before breakfast, before training, after training or before bedtime drinking plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving for consumption during the day. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle is recommended.

Components: free amino acids: 43% L-leucine, 21.5% L-valine, 21.5% L-isoleucine; emulsifier - lecithin soy lecithin; acidity regulator - citric acid; thickening agent - xanthan gum; 0.02% pyridoxine hydrochloride (vit. B6), capsule (ingredients of the capsule - gelatin, dye: E 171).
