Recommended daily serving: 1 serving (13 g powder - 30 units = 1 scoop or 2 flat tablespoons) should be dissolved in 150 ml water and consumed immediately after preparation. Use 2 times a day - before meals or training and after training. Do not exceed the portion recommended for consumption during the day.
