After a longer period of use, I can say that the tent performs its task well – it effectively protects not only against wind but also against light rain. It may not be the highest technology, but at this price, it is really worth buying.

A good quality beach half-tent effectively protects against the sun and wind; I tested it right after receiving it and it works as intended. I am deducting one star for the lack of ventilation, and setting it up takes a bit more time than the self-assembling version, but it is more stable. It can be recommended – a solid product at a good price.
