After a longer period of use, I can say that the tent performs its task well – it effectively protects not only against wind but also against light rain. It may not be the highest technology, but at this price it's really worth buying.

A good quality beach half-tent protects effectively from the sun and wind; I tested it right after receiving it and it works as intended. I deduct one star for lack of ventilation, and setting it up takes a bit more time than the self-erecting version, but it is more stable. It can be recommended – a solid product at a good price.
