Mil-Tec Fire Steel Small

Firesteel with a 6 mm diameter ferrocerium rod that gives a large sheaf of sparks at 3000 degrees C. It works in harsh atmospheric conditions such as rain and wind and at high altitudes. With the help of the firesteel, you can light, for example, a gas stove, a tourist stove or a campfire, which is a source of heat and allows you to prepare a meal away from home. 

The handle is made of durable plastic. The firesteel is 80 mm long and thanks to its small size, it will fit in a pants pocket or backpack.

The kit comes with a sparking device in the form of a serrated metal plate and a paracord pendant.
