Very good fire starter for this price, does its job. The striker could be better, so I use a homemade one on a longer cord. The price is a big advantage. I rate it 5 stars.

The fire starter works well, produces a lot of sparks, and is easy to use. It's small, lightweight, and reliable – perfect for camping or hiking, but you should use a knife instead of the included striker.
-
The fire starter works well with both knife and striker (although the knife gives more sparks), and it doesn't require much effort. Just press a little harder and it'll be fine.
-
The fire starter produces few sparks and too little heat. Lighting a fire with it is inconvenient and not very effective. The handle broke off after just the third use.
-
It's very easy to produce sparks with it, comfortable grip, attractive price – this fire starter is worth its price.
-
The fire starter is small, which makes it easy to store. It efficiently produces sparks and you can easily light a fire with it; it seems to be well made. For this price, it's a really good purchase.
-
Nice, small fire starter – performs its function well. I think the price matches the quality. You can use either a knife or the attached metal striker :) I recommend it.

A very functional product, it will come in handy on more than one trip. Nicely and carefully made. Due to its small size, it takes up virtually no space.
-
Mil-Tec Fire Steel Small is a practical and handy tool for making a fire. It is durable, works efficiently, and performs great even in tough conditions. I recommend it to all outdoor and survival enthusiasts.
-
It's hard to get enough sparks, and lighting a fire is also difficult. In the military, I had a better fire starter that would easily ignite cotton on the first try.
-
This is my first fire starter, and for the price, you can't complain. The blunt side of the knife makes the most sparks. If you want to use the included scraper, it helps to rough it up with a coarse file first.
-
The fire starter itself is okay, although the striker could be sharper. After removing the top layer and using a knife, you get lots of sparks. Tested in the mountains during rain, and it worked.
-
Very good fire starter – it emits lots of nice sparks and works even in tougher conditions. It's small, so it fits in your pocket. Its only downside is the not so good metal striker – it's better to use a knife.

This is my first fire starter. It's solidly made and gives strong sparks. It's worth having on hand just in case. The striker could be more durable.
