Medical Pouch in MultiCam camouflage is designed for carrying an individual first aid kit in military, shooting, and outdoor environments. Made from durable 500D Cordura, it provides high resistance to mechanical damage and unfavorable terrain conditions. The pouch can be mounted horizontally using the MOLLE/PALS system or directly on a belt, ensuring convenient and secure transport. The pouch is made from 500D Cordura, a material characterized by high resistance to abrasion, tears, and intensive use in the field. This fabric stands out for its high durability with relatively low weight, which is important in tactical accouterment. The material performs well in harsh weather conditions and when in contact with moisture, enhancing its practicality in outdoor and combat applications. The material used meets the NIR (Near Infrared) requirements, which means limited visibility in the infrared range.

The pouch is adapted for carrying in a horizontal layout, usually on the back part of a belt or on accouterment elements. A velcro panel on the front allows for attaching any patches or emblems, such as a national flag, unit insignia, or so-called Morale Patches.

MultiCam is a state-of-the-art camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by US company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. Its goal was to create a versatile camouflage pattern that is effective in varied terrain and changing environmental conditions.
The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colors, creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown and beige. As a result, it dynamically adapts to the background, adopting shades of green in forested areas or browns and beiges in desert regions - in Central and Eastern European environments, it works particularly well in autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained worldwide recognition and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army as the camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also available to civilian users, making it a popular choice among military or airsoft enthusiasts.

PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) is a modular mounting system for pockets and pouches, used in the MOLLE system. It consists of horizontally sewn rows of 1 inch (25.4 mm) wide, fixed spacing webbing (such as on a backpack) and vertical webbing for attachment and threading (on a pocket). This system is usually equipped with snaps, which further secures the pinned items.
