Savotta S-IFAK Horizontal Mount Medical Pouch - Brown
Medical pouch in Brown, designed for transporting an individual first aid kit for military, shooting, and outdoor activities. Made from durable 500D Cordura, which provides high resistance to mechanical damage and harsh terrain conditions. The pouch is mounted horizontally using the MOLLE/PALS system or directly on a belt, which allows for convenient and stable carrying. It features a distinctive open design with an adjustable elastic cord and a velcro panel for medical markings. The product is compliant with S-IFAK Insert.
500D Cordura, NIR
The pouch is made from 500D Cordura, a material with high abrasion and tear resistance, suitable for use in harsh terrain conditions. The fabric stands out for its good durability at a relatively low weight, which is crucial in tactical gear. The material withstands harsh weather conditions and moisture contact well, increasing its utility in outdoor and combat applications. The material meets the NIR (Near Infrared) requirements, meaning reduced visibility in the infrared range.
open design, compact dimensions
The Horizontal Mount model features an open sleeve design without traditional zippers or buckles, and its contents are secured by an adjustable elastic cord (shock cord). The absence of a classic main compartment with closure allows for immediate access to the first aid kit contents. Dimensions are 21 x 10 x 7 cm, allowing for the transportation of a basic medical kit.
horizontal layout, MOLLE/PALS system
The pouch is intended to be carried in a horizontal layout, usually on the rear part of the belt or other gear elements. It can be attached both directly to a belt (up to 50 mm) and within the MOLLE/PALS system on tactical vests, backpacks, or chest rigs. The velcro panel on the front allows for attaching any patches or emblems, such as a national flag, unit insignia, or Morale Patches.

Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.
MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) is a system for attachment of tactical equipment, used for example in backpacks or tactical vests. It provides the possibility of flexible and modular placement of various accessories and pockets, which allows personalization and optimal adjustment of the item to the specific needs of the user. It is widely used by the military, special services and survival and outdoor enthusiasts.
PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) is a modular mounting system for pockets and pouches, used in the MOLLE system. It consists of horizontally sewn rows of 1 inch (25.4 mm) wide, fixed spacing webbing (such as on a backpack) and vertical webbing for attachment and threading (on a pocket). This system is usually equipped with snaps, which further secures the pinned items.
