Medical pouch in Brown color, designed for carrying and storing the S-IFAK Insert first aid kit together with its contents (not included). It is made of durable 500D Cordura, ensuring high resistance to mechanical damage and harsh field conditions. A distinctive feature is the open-top design with an adjustable elastic cord and a velcro panel (hook-and-loop fastener) for attaching medical identification patches. The pouch is mounted horizontally using the MOLLE/PALS system or directly on a belt, allowing for comfortable and stable carry.

The pouch is made from 500D Cordura, a material with high resistance to abrasion, tears and use in rough terrain conditions. The fabric is distinguished by good durability with relatively low weight, which is important in tactical accoutrement. The material withstands harsh weather conditions and contact with moisture well, increasing its usefulness in outdoor and combat applications. The material meets the NIR (Near Infrared) requirements, meaning reduced visibility in the infrared range.

The Horizontal Mount model features an open sleeve design without traditional zippers or buckles, with the contents secured by an adjustable elastic cord (shock cord). The absence of a traditional main compartment with closure allows for immediate access to the S-IFAK Insert first aid kit (not included). The dimensions are 21 x 10 x 7 cm, allowing the carrying of a basic medical kit.

The pouch is designed for carrying in a horizontal layout, usually on the rear part of a belt or on accoutrement elements. It can be mounted both directly on the belt (up to 50 mm) and in the MOLLE/PALS system on tactical vests, backpacks or chest rigs. The velcro panel at the front allows for attaching any patches or emblems, such as a national flag, unit insignia or Morale Patches.

    The Savotta S-IFAK Horizontal Mount is an excellent addition to the Savotta S-IFAK insert and a great choice in terms of ergonomics. The biggest advantage of this first aid kit is the horizontal mounting, which works perfectly on a backpack hip belt, at the back on a tactical belt (at the lumbar region), or on the lower part of a MOLLE panel. Thanks to this, the pouch doesn’t take up vertical space, doesn’t restrict your freedom of movement when bending, and at the same time provides very quick, often double-sided access to the contents. The product is made of durable Cordura, which is a standard for the Savotta brand – the pouch can easily withstand crawling, pushing through thickets, and the toughest weather conditions while protecting everything inside. Combining it with the S-IFAK insert results in a professional, well-thought-out, and instantly usable rescue set. This is top-quality gear you can rely on in tough situations.
