Medical pouch in Brown, designed for the transport of an individual first aid kit for military, shooting and outdoor activities. Made from durable 500D Cordura, which ensures high resistance to mechanical damage and harsh terrain conditions. The pouch is mounted horizontally via the MOLLE/PALS system or directly on the belt, allowing for comfortable and stable carrying. Characteristic open construction with an adjustable shock cord and velcro panel for medical markings. The product is compatible with the S-IFAK Insert.
500D Cordura, NIR
The pouch is made from 500D Cordura, a material with high resistance to abrasion, tears and use in rough terrain conditions. The fabric is distinguished by good durability with relatively low weight, which is important in tactical accoutrement. The material withstands harsh weather conditions and contact with moisture well, increasing its usefulness in outdoor and combat applications. The material meets the NIR (Near Infrared) requirements, meaning reduced visibility in the infrared range.

The Horizontal Mount model features an open sleeve construction without traditional zips or buckles, and its contents are held in place by an adjustable shock cord. The absence of a classic main compartment with a closure allows for instant access to the contents of the first aid kit. The dimensions are 21 x 10 x 7 cm, which allows for carrying a basic medical kit.

The pouch is designed for carrying in a horizontal layout, usually on the rear part of a belt or on accoutrement elements. It can be mounted both directly on the belt (up to 50 mm) and in the MOLLE/PALS system on tactical vests, backpacks or chest rigs. The velcro panel at the front allows for attaching any patches or emblems, such as a national flag, unit insignia or Morale Patches.

PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) is a modular mounting system for pockets and pouches, used in the MOLLE system. It consists of horizontally sewn rows of 1 inch (25.4 mm) wide, fixed spacing webbing (such as on a backpack) and vertical webbing for attachment and threading (on a pocket). This system is usually equipped with snaps, which further secures the pinned items.
