Great pouch for a first aid kit. For me, its size is perfect. The material is sturdy and looks very durable. The zippers work smoothly, I managed to fit everything I needed inside. I definitely recommend it.
Horizontal medical pouch designed for storing and transporting an Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK). Made from extremely durable and abrasion-resistant fabric, combining 500D Cordura with Cordura Squadron. Equipped with a two-way AquaGuard zipper from YKK, which is waterproof.
The pouch has an external, adjustable cover, allowing two-way open access to the IFAK stored inside. Both parts are connected with velcro, preventing accidental loss. The pouch can be attached to the rear pocket of a tactical vest thanks to a double-sided velcro panel. It is compatible with tactical vests where the lower part of the rear pocket is fastened with velcro.
Inside the pouch there are elastic straps that facilitate interior organisation, and the print on the front of the first aid kit indicates its position in the cover.
Velcro panel placed on the front of the pouch is used for attaching any customisation emblems. Placed on the front, a cut-out pattern of a medical cross with pull-out elements allows the colour to change to red or black.

MultiCam camouflage
MultiCam is a modern camouflage pattern, created in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. Its goal was to develop a universal camouflage pattern effective in various conditions and environments. The MultiCam pattern is based on seven colours, creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown, and beige. This allows it to adapt to backgrounds, taking on green hues in forests or brown and beige on desert terrains—in Central and Eastern Europe it works particularly well in autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained worldwide recognition and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, this camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army as the camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the previously used Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also available to civilian users, making it a popular choice among military enthusiasts and airsoft players.

The product is definitely worth its price. I was convinced by the use of Velcro instead of MOLLE mounting. In addition to mounting on the belt, a big plus is also the possibility of installing it under the rear panel of the vest. If I were the manufacturer, I would only consider a slight change to the insert’s construction – instead of a zip, I would use Velcro, as was done in the roll 1 by Ferro Concepts.
