Horizontal medical tray designed to store and carry the Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK). Made of durable and abrasion-resistant combination of 500D Cordura and Squadron Cordura. Closed with YKK's AquaGuard two-way waterproof zipper.
The pouch consists of an outer adjustable cover that provides open two-way access to the IFAK first aid kit inside. The two parts are connected to each other with Velcro to prevent accidental loss. The entire pack attaches to the back pocket of the tactical vest with a two-way velcro panel. The pouch is compatible with tactical vests, in which the lower part of the back pocket closes with Velcro.
The elastic straps inside the tray allow for easy organization of the contents, and a print on the front of the first aid kit indicates its location in the pouch.
A Velcro (velcro) panel on the front of the tray allows you to attach any personalization emblems. In addition, the medical cross pattern cut into it is equipped with pull-outs that allow you to change the color to red or black.

The product is definitely worth its price. I was convinced by the use of Velcro instead of MOLLE mounting. In addition to mounting on the belt, a big plus is also the possibility of installing it under the rear panel of the vest. If I were the manufacturer, I would only consider a slight change to the insert’s construction – instead of a zip, I would use Velcro, as was done in the roll 1 by Ferro Concepts.
