Horizontal medical pouch crafted to hold and transport the Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK). Constructed from a durable and abrasion-resistant mix of 500D Cordura and Squadron Cordura. Features a YKK AquaGuard waterproof zipper with two-way closure.

The pouch includes an outer adjustable pouch offering open two-way access to the IFAK stored inside. The sections are secured together with Velcro to avoid accidental loss. The entire unit mounts to the back pocket of the tactical vest via a two-way Velcro panel. The tray is compatible with tactical vests designed with a Velcro-sealed lower back pocket.

Elastic straps inside facilitate organized storage of the contents, and a front print on the first aid kit shows its location within the pouch.

A Velcro panel on the front of the tray allows you to attach personalized emblems. Additionally, the medical cross pattern is crafted with inserts for altering its color to red or black.

Camouflage MultiCam

MultiCam is an advanced camouflage pattern designed in 2002 by the US company Crye Precision in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. The purpose was to develop a versatile camouflage pattern that remains effective in various terrains and shifting environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern incorporates seven colors, creating smooth transitions between hues of green, brown, and beige. This allows it to adapt naturally to its surroundings, showing green tones in forested settings or brown and beige hues in desert landscapes. In Central and Eastern European contexts, it is particularly effective during autumn and in areas with dry vegetation. MultiCam has garnered international acclaim and is utilized by numerous military forces and special units. In 2010, it was officially approved by the US Army as the camouflage for troops stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also available for civilian use, making it a favored choice among military and airsoft enthusiasts.

Great pouch for a first aid kit. For me, its size is perfect. The material is solid and looks very durable. The zippers work smoothly, and I was able to fit everything I needed inside. I definitely recommend it.

The product is definitely worth its price. I was convinced by the use of velcro instead of molle mounting. In addition to mounting on a belt, a big plus is also the ability to install it under the back panel of a vest. If I were the manufacturer, I would only consider a minor change to the insert design—instead of a zipper, I would use hook-and-loop, similar to what was done in the roll 1 from Ferro Concepts.
