Great pouch for a first aid kit. For me, its size is perfect. The material is solid and looks very durable. The zippers work smoothly, and I was able to fit everything I needed inside. I definitely recommend it.
Horizontal medical pouch designed for storing and transporting an Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK). Made from extremely durable and abrasion-resistant fabric that combines Cordura 500D with Cordura Squadron. Equipped with a bi-directional AquaGuard zipper from YKK, which is waterproof.
The pouch features an external, adjustable cover, allowing for bi-directional, open access to the internally stored IFAK. Both parts connect using Velcro, preventing accidental loss. The pouch can be attached to the back pocket of a tactical vest thanks to the double-sided Velcro panel. It is compatible with tactical vests where the lower part of the back pocket is secured with Velcro.
Inside the pouch, there are elastic bands that aid in organizing the interior, and the print on the front of the first aid kit indicates its position in the cover.
Velcro panel placed at the front of the pouch serves to attach any personalizing emblems. The cross-cut medical symbol on the front with retractable elements allows for changing the color to red or black.

MultiCam Camouflage
MultiCam is a modern camouflage pattern created in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) under the Objective Force Warrior program. Its goal was to develop a universal camouflage pattern effective in various conditions and terrains. The MultiCam pattern is based on seven colors, creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown, and beige. This allows it to adapt to the background, taking on green hues in forests or brown and beige in desert areas - it works particularly well in Central and Eastern Europe in the fall and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained recognition worldwide and is used by numerous military forces and special units. In 2010, this camouflage was officially adopted by the U.S. Army as the camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the previously used Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also available for civilian users, making it a popular choice among military and airsoft enthusiasts.

The product is definitely worth its price. I was convinced by the use of velcro instead of molle mounting. In addition to mounting on a belt, a big plus is also the ability to install it under the back panel of a vest. If I were the manufacturer, I would only consider a minor change to the insert design—instead of a zipper, I would use hook-and-loop, similar to what was done in the roll 1 from Ferro Concepts.
