This is my favourite first aid kit. It's not overloaded, but it really holds a lot and has brilliantly designed, practical compartments – even an 18-inch splint fits easily in the back part, and there's still space left! The only thing I miss is a quick-opening strap, but if someone needs it, it's easy to sew one on.

First aid tactical kit made of durable 1000D Cordura. Equipped with a mounting system MOLLE that allows you to attach it to your belt, backpack or tactical vest.
The pouch opens with a YKK zipper finished with a strap, allowing convenient operation also with gloves.
Inside, there are elastic straps for organizing medical equipment items. A medical cross is embroidered on the front with black thread.
The set includes a removable MOLLE panel attached with Velcro. It allows you to quickly tear off the first aid kit and separate it from the rest of your equipment. This allows you to place it anywhere or hand it over to another person while providing medical assistance.
The first aid kit is sold without equipment.

I finally found the first aid kit I needed. After testing the too-small models M-tac Elite Small and Helikon Modular Individual Med Kit, all my stuff for the shooting range now fits without a problem. Very solid workmanship, great compartments and straps to organize the contents, everything in the perfect size.
