Chicken tikka masala is a meaty meal for fans of tasty and filling food. As with all LYOFOOD meals, preparation is extremely quick and very simple.

Freeze-drying

Freeze-drying is a process of vacuum dehydration of food products at very low temperatures (-50 C). Thanks to the use of a special production technology, freeze-dried food is a nutritious, high-calorie meal, complete in every aspect. It meets the high demands of extreme sports such as climbing, high-altitude hiking, sailing, and specialized tourism, both in summer and winter. It is used by polar explorers, travelers, professional athletes, during various expeditions or camps.

    I definitely recommend the bigos from Lyofood. It has only advantages – it's lightweight, so it's easy to pack, it prepares instantly, and the taste is really very good. Of course, it's not the same as homemade bigos, but during a hike it works great.
