Eberlestock Romad Backpack 25 l - Black

A black 25-litre backpack made of abrasion-resistant and damage-resistant 500d cordura, reinforced with a Rip-Stop weave. It was designed for communications system operators, soldiers and users looking for functional equipment for field operations.

The 500d cordura used in production is characterised by high durability, making the backpack suitable for intensive use. The material reinforcement with a Rip-Stop weave prevents the fabric from ripping and fraying, even in the event of localised damage. The material is coated with a DWR coating, which provides additional protection against moisture and dirt.

The wide opening of the main compartment in a U shape , which runs almost the full length of the backpack, makes it easier to organise equipment and allows quick access to needed items without having to search through the interior. Inside there is also a separate pocket designed for a hydration water tank. In addition, the interior is equipped with numerous PALS webbing straps and velcro, allowing attachment of accessories compatible with the MOLLE system or equipped with velcro panels.

On the sides there are elastic pockets that allow convenient carrying of water bottles or other small pieces of equipment. On the front of the backpack there are two zipped organiser pockets. The upper pocket is intended for items requiring quick access, such as documents, maps, notebooks or small accessories. The lower pocket is padded, making it suitable for carrying night vision devices, hearing protectors or other delicate equipment.

The model features numerous MOLLE system webbing straps for attaching additional equipment. The rectangular velcro located on the front allows attachment of any patch or emblem e.g. a national flag, unit insignia or so-called Morale Patches.

Proper structural support is provided by an internal frame made of HDPE sheet. This solution increases the stiffness of the backpack, improves weight distribution and enhances carrying comfort with heavier loads. As a result, the backpack remains stable even during dynamic movement.

The shoulder straps are equipped with webbing, allowing safe routing of radio cables, headset wires and hydration system hoses. The carry system is equipped with ergonomic panels made of breathable air-mesh, which improve ventilation and reduce moisture build-up during many hours of use.
