An upgraded version of the MK II individual medical pouch, which is made of a durable blend of 500D Cordura and 210D nylon. The main change that distinguishes this generation is the added clear "MED" inscription, laser-cut into a soft Velcro panel, allowing the attachment of any patches or emblems, such as the national flag, unit emblem or so-called Morale Patches.
Designed to be mounted horizontally on the back of the Mosquito belt (or any other belt up to 45 mm wide), so as not to take up space on the side panels of the tactical vest. It can be mounted on any platform compatible with the MOLLE/PALS system.
The partially flexible design of the outer pocket allows you to carry more medications, while maintaining a low profile. It consists of a pouch with side handles and an elastic sleeve, where the pouch attaches with a press fit. Inside the med pouch there are elastic drawstrings to organize the contents, and the whole thing closes with a zipper. On the back of the pouch there is an additional velcro panel for mounting the Shears Pouch scissors. The design provides access to the cartridge on both sides with non-slip grips made of Hypalon®.
The med pouch is sold without equipment.

The first aid kit has been made very solidly and is durable. It has strong straps that make it easier to arrange and organise all the necessary things. The kit is equipped with a two-way zip, and the whole thing is lightweight and takes up little space.
