Improved version of the individual MK II first aid kit in MultiCam camouflage, made from a durable blend of Cordura 500D and 210D nylon.

The key modification that sets this generation apart is the clearly visible "MED" marking laser-cut into the soft velcro panel, which allows any patches or emblems to be attached, such as a national flag, unit insignia, or so-called Morale Patches. The model was designed for horizontal mounting on the back of the Mosquito belt (or any other belt up to 45 mm wide), so it does not take up space on the side panels of a tactical vest. The first aid kit can also be mounted on any platform compatible with the MOLLE/PALS system.

The partially elastic design of the outer pouch allows more medical supplies to be carried while maintaining a low profile. The first aid kit is built from a pouch with side handles and an elastic sleeve, into which the pouch is press-fitted. Inside are elastic drawstrings that help organise the contents, and the whole unit is closed with a zip. On the back of the pouch there is an additional velcro panel that allows a Shears Pouch scissors pouch to be mounted. The design provides quick, double-sided access to the insert using non-slip Hypalon pull tabs.

MultiCam is a modern camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior programme. Its goal was to create a universal camouflage pattern effective in varied terrain and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colours, creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown, and beige. Thanks to this, it dynamically adapts to the background, taking on shades of green in woodland terrain or browns and beiges in desert regions - in the environment of Central and Eastern Europe, it works especially well in the autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained recognition worldwide and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the British Army as a camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). This pattern is also available to civilian users, making it a popular choice among militaria and airsoft enthusiasts.
