Bushnell Explorer 8x42 Binoculars - Brown

Binoculars from the Bushnell Explorer series equipped with a fixed magnification of 8x and a 42 mm objective lens.

The optical system of the binoculars was based on the Roof prism system. Such a solution allowed the manufacturer to create a compact and handy design without limiting optical performance. BAK-4 optical glass allows to obtain an image without refraction or distortion.

All air-glass borders have been multi-coated with anti-reflective coatings (Multi Coated), thus minimizing unwanted reflections and losses of light passing through the optical system.

The binoculars meet the IPX7 waterproof standard, so they can withstand not only rain, but even permanent immersion in water up to a depth of 1 meter. A rubber coating with a non-slip texture has been applied to the body, so the binoculars fit securely in the hand even when wet.
