The construction is based on the use of an advanced anti-cut material, combining high mechanical resistance with low weight. This model has been created for maximum protection of vulnerable areas of the upper body, including the neck area. The jacket is classified as a Category II personal protective equipment (PPE II).

The inner layer is made from an advanced fibre blend:

• Aramid (50%) provides high mechanical strength and effective cut protection, forming the backbone of the defence
• Polyester (33%) stabilises the fabric structure, extends its lifespan, and improves resistance to stretching and deformation
• Fibreglass (17%) reinforces the overall construction – its hardness and resistance to blade contact makes it more difficult for sharp edges to penetrate the fabric, providing an additional protective barrier

Combining these fibres has resulted in a material that offers significant cut resistance with minimal thickness and good flexibility. The outer layer of the jacket is made from a blend of polyester (96%) and elastane (4%). Polyester delivers the durability of the fabric, while elastane increases elasticity, ensuring a better fit to the body and freedom of movement.

The outer material provides windproofing and water-resistance, effectively reducing penetration by light rain and protecting against heat loss due to wind. This layer offers additional defence, reinforcing the jacket's overall anti-cut properties.

Every part of the jacket is lined with anti-cut material, ensuring continuous protection across the entire surface. This solution eliminates local weak spots, so protection is not confined to selected panels; instead, the jacket covers all areas particularly exposed to contact with sharp tools or edges.

Attention has been given to protecting the most vulnerable zones. The high stand-up collar is an integral part of the protection system, shielding the neck and throat. The collar’s design allows it to fit perfectly without unnecessary pressure, while not restricting freedom of movement or breathing comfort.

The product offers a high level of cut protection, meeting European standards for protective clothing. The selected materials and total construction reliably guard against mechanical hazards and sharp tools:

• Cut protection level 5 in accordance with EN 388:2016 – the highest cut resistance on a 0-5 scale
• Cut resistance level D according to EN ISO 13997:1999 – high resistance of the material to cuts from sharp tools at a defined pressure (scale A to F)
• Compliance with EN 13688 and (EU) Regulation 2016/425 – meets requirements for protective clothing and is CE marked
