Alpha Industries MA-1 TT Two Tone Jacket - Dark Maroon

The MA-1 jacket in dark maroon shade is crafted from solid, tear-resistant materials, ensuring protection against cold, wind and moisture. Double-sided construction, designed with the jacket's original use for USAF pilots in mind, allows it to be worn in the traditional style and with the reflective orange side, which enhances visibility in challenging conditions. The jacket, thanks to its thoughtful design and numerous pockets, is suitable for both everyday wear and outdoor activities.

The outer layer made of durable and tear-resistant nylon protects against wind and moisture. The MA-1 can be worn on both the right and left sides. The inner part features a reflective orange colour scheme. This solution is associated with the original use of MA-1 jackets for USAF pilots, who, in the event of a failure or being shot down, had a better chance of being found by search services. Currently, this element can be useful when moving along the side of a dark road outside built-up areas.

The main fastening of the MA-1 TT jacket is a one-way zipper with an eco-leather pull, facilitating use with gloves. Internal thermal strip covers the zipper, providing additional protection against heat loss. Elastic drawstrings are used at the collar, wrists and waist to protect against cold and allow a better fit to the wearer's silhouette.

The jacket is equipped with five spacious pockets:

• two front ones with plackets and snaps,
• two internal ones with snaps,
• one on the left sleeve, with a zipper.

A Remove Before Flight tag, adding a military style, is placed on the sleeve near the pocket. A label with the manufacturer's logo is on the left sleeve.
