Alpha Industries MA-1 TT Two Tone Jacket - Black

Made of durable, tear-resistant materials, the MA-1 black jacket provides protection from cold, wind and moisture. The reversible design, inspired by the jacket's original purpose for USAF pilots gives you the option of wearing it either in the conventional style or with a reflective orange side that increases visibility in difficult conditions. With its thoughtful design and numerous pockets, the jacket will work well for both everyday use and outdoor activities.

The top part is sewn from durable and tear-resistant nylon, which protects against wind and moisture. The MA-1 can be worn on either the right or left side. The inside is made in a reflective orange color scheme. This distinctive solution is related to the original purpose of MA-1 jackets for USAF pilots. In the event of a malfunction or shoot-down, they had a better chance of being rescued by search services. Nowadays, this ingenious solution can work well when moving along the side of an unlit road outside a built-up area.

The main fastener of the MA-1 TT model is a one-way zipper finished with an eco-leather handle, which makes it easy to operate with gloves. An internal thermal strip covers the zipper and further protects against cooling. At the collar, on the wrists and at the waist there are elastic cuffs, which protects against the cold and allows for a better fit to the wearer's figure.

The jacket is equipped with five spacious pockets:

• two inside ones closed with snaps,
• one on the left sleeve, closed with a zipper.

A Remove Before Flight tag is placed on the sleeve next to the pocket, adding to the military style. On the left sleeve is a tag with the manufacturer's logo.
