Freeze-drying is a process of vacuum dehydration of food products at very low temperatures (-50 deg. C). Thanks to the use of special production technology, freeze-dried food is a wholesome, full-calorie meal, complete in every respect, while meeting the high requirements of various extreme sports such as climbing, high-mountain tourism, sailing, qualified tourism, both summer and winter. It is used by polar explorers, travelers, competitive athletes, on various expeditions or camps.

Ingredients: Eggs 83%, ham 5%, cream cheese (milk, cream, salt, cream bacteria cultures), red onion, Gouda cheese 2% (milk, salt, cheese bacteria cultures), butter (milk), salt, pepper.
