Freeze-drying is a method of vacuum removing water from food products at very low temperatures (about -50°C). Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, it is recommended to consume immediately. The meal can be eaten directly from the package. To restore the product to its pre freeze-dried state, add the contents of the bag to boiling water, stir and leave covered. The meal will be ready for consumption after a few minutes.
