Meat hotpot is a filling dish in a spicy broth sauce consisting of potatoes, chopped beef, leeks, carrots and garlic. Adventure Food's products retain the full flavor and visual qualities, equaling a traditionally cooked meal.

The dish has undergone a freeze-drying process, so it has a long shelf life and is lightweight, so it won't add extra weight to your luggage.

Ingredients: 51% potato powder (potato, emulsifier (E471), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (E222)), sunflower oil, milk powder, 8% meatballs (beef, wheat starch, salt, nutmeg, pepper (1%), acidity regulator (citric acid, rosemary extract)), leek (4%), carrot (4%), hydrolysed protein (maize, rapeseed), glucose syrup, garlic (0. 30%), pepper (0.06%).

Preparation: Open the bag at the top and unfold its bottom part, removing the oxygen absorber. Pour hot water to the designated level. Mix the contents thoroughly. Close the bag with the zip and set aside for 8 minutes. Stir again. Consume directly from the bag.
