The hat is made from Nyco Extreme, a 185 g/m2 fabric combining durable Cordura and breathable cotton. Thanks to its Rip-Stop weave reinforcement, the fabric does not ripple or fray, even in the event of localised damage. An ideal choice for those looking for lightweight and durable head protection, whether for tough off-road conditions or for everyday use.
NyCo Extreme - resistant Cordura and breathable cotton
The Cordura used is distinguished by its high resistance. Thanks to its unique fibre structure, it provides excellent protection against mechanical damage, even during intensive use.
Cotton is responsible for excellent moisture wicking, while ensuring breathability and reducing the risk of chafing or skin irritation, which significantly increases the comfort of the hat.
The thicker threads in the Rip-Stop weaves create an additional mesh, reinforcing the material and preventing damage from spreading over a larger area.
Adjustable brim and circumference, air cushion, mesh vents
The hat's circumference can be adjusted thanks to an elastic cord with a stopper. An integrated wire is used in the brim, allowing for a precise fit to the shape of the head.
For even greater comfort, the model features an internal air cushion that provides additional thermal insulation to help maintain an optimal body temperature. Despite the extra protection, the cushion remains lightweight and does not affect the weight of the hat.
There are mesh vents at the front and back to allow air to flow freely.
Accessory pocket, loops, Velcro
A webbing with loops has been sewn onto the hat to carry useful accessories or to attach a camouflage net. Inside there is a flat pocket for storing small items.

NyCo Extreme Rip-Stop
NyCo Extreme is a Rip-Stop reinforced nylon/cotton weave fabric designed for heavy use. It has three times better tear resistance, ten times better breathability and 35% faster drying time compared to NyCo's Mil-Spec specification fabric, while being 17% lighter.

I highly recommend this brand's hat – I was worried it might be too small, but it fits perfectly. Thanks to the wires at the front and back, you can shape it however you like. I now plan to buy combat trousers and a shirt from this manufacturer.

I thought it would be taller. The product looks good, and an interesting convenience is the possibility to adjust the length of the cord – there are three positions available, so it should fit the head well. The whole thing is packed in an original case with a logo, most likely made of agrotextile. While unpacking with a knife, I unfortunately cut it by about 2 cm, so I advise being careful. For now, I can't say much about its functionality, but it should be at least satisfactory.

The hat is very well made – this is already my second product from UFPRO and once again, I am not disappointed. The material allows for ventilation, so your head doesn't sweat as much on hot days. Although the price is not low, the product is definitely worth its value.
