A set of textile resistance bands created especially for women. It consists of 3 loops that generate different resistance (extra light, light, medium). The bands are made of elastic fabric, which provides comfort during training and does not cause an unpleasant feeling of stretching the skin. The material is easy to clean and resistant to mechanical damage.
Resistance Textile rubbers can be used for mobilization, activation, stabilization exercises and functional training. They allow you to implement diverse training plans - both at home and outside.
The compact size and low weight allow you to transport the rubbers without any problems. Nothing prevents you from taking them on a business trip, for example, so you can continue your training while away from home.
