I do not recommend it. If you are slim, after adjusting the belt the velcro only covers a small area on the back, and the rest hangs down in the front or on the side. The belt, combined with the inner part and accessories, is very thick and heavy. The only advantage is the price.

I’ve been using this belt for two years. If I have a lot of gear, my hip hurts from it – it's too hard. The velcro holds moderately well, so it’s better to invest in a better product.
