I do not recommend it. If someone is slim, after resizing the belt, the velcro covers only a small area on the back, and the rest hangs down in the front or on the side. Combined with the inner belt and attachments, it is very thick and heavy. The only advantage is the price.

I've been using this belt for two years. If I have a lot of gear, my hip hurts from it – it's too stiff. The velcro holds moderately, so it's better to invest in a better product.
