Double-sided stone whetstone with gradations of 2000 and 5000. The abrasive surface is 18 centimeters by 6 centimeters.
- Gradation 2000 is used to smooth the blade and prepare it for more fine polishing,
- Gradation 5000 is used for polishing the blade and finishing the grind, providing a smooth and very sharp edge.
The increased hardness of the SHARPI stone according to the Japanese JIS R6001 standard ensures faster sharpening and less wear. The set includes a stand to prevent the whetstone from slipping during use.
Instructions for use: soak the stone in water (just spray) or use sharpener oil. Place the whetstone on a flat surface. To sharpen the knife, slide on the stone (pressing lightly) several times first one, then the other side of the knife. When sharpening the knife, try to maintain the correct angle of the knife (15 degrees-30 degrees).

The stone works perfectly, fulfils its function, sharpens well and causes no problems during use. It doesn't crumble or crack, everything is fine. The base is sturdy, the stone doesn't slip, so you can sharpen easily.

I'm not a knife collector, but it sharpens both Moraknivs and Victorinoxes very well for me. Although some whetstones are very expensive, this one is perfect for sharpening bushcraft and EDC knives.

I also have a 600/2000 whetstone from the same brand – that one works perfectly, and this one is a bit different, so only 4 stars. It sharpens just as well as the previous one. The 3000 grit is fine, but after sharpening three knives on the 1000 side, there was noticeable wear – I don't know if this stone is that soft, or if I just got a specimen like that? Despite that, I generally recommend it.

I recommend this product – it's my first sharpening stone, I bought it because I wanted to sharpen knives differently than on regular sharpeners, and this stone works very well.
