The pouch is made of durable 1000D Cordura, a material prized for its exceptional resistance to abrasion and tears. A two-way zip allows quick and convenient access to the entire interior.

For added protection, the zipper is covered by a flap and is equipped with pull tabs for easy handling even when wearing gloves.

MOLLE/PALS compatibility

Thanks to its compatibility with the MOLLE/PALS mounting system, the pouch can be easily attached to vests, belts or rucksacks, or worn as a classic waist bag.

Savotta is a Finnish family business from Karstula that has been designing and manufacturing backpacks, bags, tents and field equipment for the military, rescue services and people who value heading out into the wild since 1955. The brand's gear has been supplied to the Finnish Defence Forces without interruption since the 1960s, meeting the strict standards demanded of military equipment. Savotta builds its products with durability in mind, which is why it reaches for top-tier materials such as Cordura, with almost all of its raw materials (97%) coming from suppliers within the European Union. The brand also stands out for its own proprietary solutions: the Rapid Adjustment Slider quick-adjustment system, frames made of polyethylene plates, and laser-cut PALS/MOLLE attachments. Every design is created in Finland, and the entire manufacturing process remains within the borders of the European Union. As interest has grown, the brand has expanded production - since 2025 its products have been made in three countries: Finland, Estonia and Poland. Regardless of where a given item was made, it undergoes final quality control at the Finnish headquarters in Karstula.

    I am a massive fan of Savotta products I own pretty much everything they have made. Like the all of their products this pouch is built to last, I have used mine to store my cooking equipment as I wanted something which would be on the outside of my backpack which I could accessed quickly during breaks without the need of having to open main backpack.
