Savotta Valjas 3-Piece Belt Pad - Green

Modular sleeve in Green, serving as a universal base for the convenient transport of essential items, made from Cordura and polyester. On the external surface, there are openings that allow the attachment of equipment in the PALS system. The sleeve fits a belt up to 50 mm wide.

Construction of Cordura and polyester

The model is made from 500D Cordura, known for its exceptionally high resistance to abrasion, tearing, and intensive use. This material also has hydrophobic properties, reducing moisture absorption and increasing durability in demanding conditions. The mesh lining of 100% polyester ensures comfort, even when using rigid pouches and with heavy loads. The materials used meet NIR (Near Infrared) standards, reducing visibility in the infrared range.

Compatible with suspenders, lightweight

Three-part construction ensures proper fit of the belt to the user's silhouette. The rear section features a PALS mounting system, allowing the secure attachment of additional elements. The ergonomic shape of the belt guarantees wearing comfort in conjunction with a tactical vest. The upper edge equipped with loops and D-rings facilitates the connection between the belt and suspenders.

Cordura feature
Cordura

Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.

PALS system feature
PALS system

PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) is a modular mounting system for pockets and pouches, used in the MOLLE system. It consists of horizontally sewn rows of 1 inch (25.4 mm) wide, fixed spacing webbing (such as on a backpack) and vertical webbing for attachment and threading (on a pocket). This system is usually equipped with snaps, which further secures the pinned items.

NIR (Near Infrared Reflectance) feature
NIR (Near Infrared Reflectance)
NIR (Near Infrared Reflectance) is a material property of controlled reflection of radiation in the near-infrared (780-2500 nm) range, used primarily in tactical clothing and equipment. NIR-treated fabrics are designed to reduce the thermal emission and reflection of IR radiation, allowing the material's surface temperature to be kept close to ambient. This reduces the risk of detection of the wearer by electronic-optical surveillance systems, including night vision and infrared sensors. NIR technology significantly improves the effectiveness of camouflage in combat and low-light conditions.
