Savotta Valjas 3-Piece Belt Pad - Brown

The modular sleeve in Brown is a versatile platform for conveniently carrying essential gear. Made from Cordura and polyester, its external surface has openings intended for attaching accoutrement compatible with the PALS system. The sleeve fits belts up to 50 mm wide.

Construction from Cordura and polyester

Model crafted from 500D Cordura, characterised by very high resistance to abrasion, tearing and intensive use. This material provides hydrophobic properties, reducing moisture absorption and increasing durability in tough environmental conditions. The mesh lining, made from 100% polyester, eliminates discomfort even when using rigid pouches and under heavy load. These materials also meet NIR (Near Infrared) requirements, limiting visibility in the infrared range.

Compatible with suspenders, lightweight

The three-piece construction allows for proper adjustment of the belt to the user's silhouette. The rear section features a PALS attachment system, allowing for secure fastening of additional gear. The ergonomic shape of the belt ensures comfort when used with a tactical vest. The upper edge is equipped with loops with D-rings, facilitating the connection of the belt with suspenders.

Main features

  • made from durable material
  • low weight
  • mounting loops for belt

MILITARY is a premium dealer of Savotta.

Savotta is a Finnish family business from Karstula that has been designing and manufacturing backpacks, bags, tents and field equipment for the military, rescue services and people who value heading out into the wild since 1955. The brand's gear has been supplied to the Finnish Defence Forces without interruption since the 1960s, meeting the strict standards demanded of military equipment. Savotta builds its products with durability in mind, which is why it reaches for top-tier materials such as Cordura, with almost all of its raw materials (97%) coming from suppliers within the European Union. The brand also stands out for its own proprietary solutions: the Rapid Adjustment Slider quick-adjustment system, frames made of polyethylene plates, and laser-cut PALS/MOLLE attachments. Every design is created in Finland, and the entire manufacturing process remains within the borders of the European Union. As interest has grown, the brand has expanded production - since 2025 its products have been made in three countries: Finland, Estonia and Poland. Regardless of where a given item was made, it undergoes final quality control at the Finnish headquarters in Karstula.

Cordura feature
Cordura

Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.

PALS system feature
PALS system

PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) is a modular mounting system for pockets and pouches, used in the MOLLE system. It consists of horizontally sewn rows of 1 inch (25.4 mm) wide, fixed spacing webbing (such as on a backpack) and vertical webbing for attachment and threading (on a pocket). This system is usually equipped with snaps, which further secures the pinned items.

NIR (Near Infrared Reflectance) feature
NIR (Near Infrared Reflectance)
NIR (Near Infrared Reflectance) is a material property of controlled reflection of radiation in the near-infrared (780-2500 nm) range, used primarily in tactical clothing and equipment. NIR-treated fabrics are designed to reduce the thermal emission and reflection of IR radiation, allowing the material's surface temperature to be kept close to ambient. This reduces the risk of detection of the wearer by electronic-optical surveillance systems, including night vision and infrared sensors. NIR technology significantly improves the effectiveness of camouflage in combat and low-light conditions.
