Pentagon HCP Parka 2.0 Jacket - MultiCam

Winter jacket providing thermal comfort in temperatures as low as -20 degrees C. The upper layer is made of durable Rip-Stop weave nylon, additionally reinforced with Cordura panels. Thanks to the PUx2 laminated coating, the jacket has a water resistance of 10000 mm/m2 and breathability of 10000 g/m2. The design also takes into account waterproof seams, which increases protection against moisture.

Insulation is provided by a lightweight synthetic filling Primaloft Silver HiLoft Ultra, with a grammage of 200 g/m2, which mimics the properties of natural down and features high moisture resistance. The nylon lining effectively protects against wind, increasing the comfort of use.

The model features 9 practical pockets:

• two on the sleeves, equipped with elastic loops and a soft Velcro panel, closed with a zipper
• two large zippered chest pockets
• two cargo pockets with protective flaps, fleece inner lining and snap closure
• two front lined pockets with snap closures
• one small interior pocket

The jacket is equipped with an adjustable, three-point hood, which can be easily detached when needed. The high collar with fleece lining effectively protects against wind and cold, and an additional elastic cord located inside the collar allows a precise fit. Protection from the cold is enhanced by adjustable Velcro cuffs and elastic drawstrings.

The HCP Parka 2.0 model is equipped with a two-way zipper, covered with a wind flap, which further protects against heat loss. A soft fabric shield has been added to the inside of the collar to protect the chin from chafing and accidental zipper cuts. An inner belt located at the waist, fastened with snaps, provides additional protection against wind. Optimal ventilation and better thermal exchange with the environment are provided by underarm vents, which can be opened or closed with two-way zippers.

MultiCam is a state-of-the-art camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by US company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. Its goal was to create a versatile camouflage pattern that is effective in varied terrain and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colors, creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown and beige. As a result, it dynamically adapts to the background, adopting shades of green in forested areas or browns and beiges in desert regions - in Central and Eastern European environments, it works particularly well in autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained worldwide recognition and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army as the camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also available to civilian users, making it a popular choice among military or airsoft enthusiasts.
