Panel construction, ventilation
The model is made of six panels, with the two front panels additionally reinforced. Mesh panels at the back provide effective ventilation, helping to prevent the head from overheating on warmer days.
Cotton and polyester construction, Rip-Stop weave
The Era US cap is made from a blend of breathable cotton (35%) and durable polyester (65%). The fabric is reinforced with a Rip-Stop weave with a weight of 215 g/m2, enhancing resistance to mechanical damage. Inside, there is a moisture-wicking lining.
Cap size adjustment
The size can be easily adjusted using a strap at the back, allowing the cap to fit the head circumference.
Emblem on the front, logo
The front panels feature an emblem in the colors of the USA flag with the Pentagon company name. Additionally, a logo is placed on the visor.

Rip-Stop weave protects the fabric from abrasions and tears. It is characterized by additional threads woven in at regular intervals, forming a mesh-like pattern. It provides high strength to the fabric, increases resistance to mechanical damage, especially tears.

I have been using this cap for a year and it is definitely one of the most comfortable models I own. Solid, nice-looking, comfortable, and unlike many other caps, it doesn’t look silly on my head. The mesh works perfectly. The material is also high quality. I definitely recommend it.

Very good hat, carefully sewn, attractive price. I had to buy another one because my son took the previous one – big plus that it even fits a 10-year-old's head. The peak bends well, the whole thing is comfortable. I recommend it.

The cap is great and costs little. It fits very well, the 'woodland' style fits the head nicely, which I prefer over a similar model in grey with another Pentagon logo. I definitely recommend it.
