I bought it for carrying water while camping – it is really big, practical, and looks great. Unfortunately, the strap is not suitable for carrying over the shoulder, so I removed it and carry the canteen in my backpack.

The canteen matches the description, except for the length of the strap, which is definitely too short. You can probably only sling it over your shoulder if you're a child. Other than that, I have no complaints.
