M65 Mil-Tec Jacket with Detachable Liner - Woodland
Military jacket in Woodland camouflage with detachable liner. Created in the style of the legendary M65 model used by the US Army since the Vietnam War. The M65 jacket is a true classic - practical, comfortable, spacious, durable. It has gained immense popularity globally. Interestingly, it has appeared multiple times in films and TV series, worn by characters portrayed by actors such as Sylvester Stallone in "Rambo", Robert De Niro in "Taxi Driver" and Bronisław Cieślak in "07 zgłoś się".
Durable and solid material, detachable liner
The jacket is made from a blend of cotton and polyester. The outer layer is a durable fabric containing 65% polyester and 35% cotton, while the lining is a fully cotton material. An advantage of the model is also the Thermo Liner warmer, filled with polyester insulation with a grammage of 170 g/m2. The warmer can be detached, allowing the jacket to be used all year round.
Four practical pockets
The model includes four spacious pockets closed with snaps:
- two at the waist area
- two at chest height
Windproof cover, adjustable cuffs and high collar
The main fastening is a strong zipper. It is covered by a flap with snaps protecting against wind entering under the jacket. Additional protection against wind is provided by a drawstring sewn into the waist and bottom. The cuffs fasten with velcro strips, allowing them to be adjusted to the user’s wrist size. The jacket features a high collar, in which a hood is hidden. Epaulettes are located on the shoulders.

Woodland Camouflage
Woodland, also known as U.S. Woodland or M81, is a classic camouflage pattern introduced to the US Armed Forces in the early 1980s, based on the earlier ERDL camouflage. For over two decades, it remained the standard pattern used by the US military until the end of the first decade of the 21st century. It is characterized by large, irregular patches in shades of green, brown, beige, and black, which provide good camouflage and deformation properties, especially in wooded areas. Thanks to its effectiveness and global recognition, it has spawned numerous variations that have found their way into over 60 uniform formations around the world. The pattern has also had a huge impact on popular culture, shifting from military applications to everyday fashion.

As usual, the shop lived up to expectations! The parcel arrived extremely quickly. I can always rely on them. Unfortunately, the Mil-Tec M65 jacket has completely disappointed me. The stitching and workmanship are of terrible quality! The products from this company are very poor—the threads in my ordinary pyjamas are sturdier! It isn't even suitable for fishing, let alone for everyday wear. I have jackets from Alpha Industries and Helikon, and Mil-Tec doesn't even come close to them. The only small plus is the colour, which is somewhere between Alpha and Helikon. Overall, I do not recommend purchasing.

The jacket offers good value for money, but I decided to return it and order the same M65 model from Helikon. I am tall, slim, and have long arms (I am 180 cm tall and weigh 65 kg), and size M fit me very well. Why am I giving only 4 stars? Because the epaulettes were not sewn symmetrically. There was a difference of about 5 mm between them, which bothered me. I also want a more durable material and I understand that Helikon meets this criterion. The black colour was deeper than the standard Brandit rip-stop black.

My weight is 79-82, height 171 — size M. Perfect. The sleeves are adjustable. The length is just right. Spacious, without a warm lining, I reckon it will be even more comfortable and suitable for spring. You can wear it in winter too if you add extra layers of thermal underwear and a jumper. I recommend using it with a Mil-Tec jumper. The collar covers the neck well, so there's no need to buy a buff. I haven't tested it in the rain yet, but it's great against wind and in cool weather. Very good quality for the middle class of this M65 model. Even though the zip is a tractor type, I usually fasten the jacket with the button-snaps. The sizes in Mil-Tec are always very accurate.

When you add the liner, the jacket is very warm; without it, it’s suitable for the transitional seasons. The option to tie it at the ribs means even a larger size fits well. The material is well impregnated and waterproof. The hood is practical, and the pockets are easily accessible and comfortable. The buttons only serve to attach the liner; the rest of the fastenings are press studs and a solid zip. Mil-Tec designs (both the flaps and the jackets) are very well thought out.

A warm and sturdy jacket that fits the body perfectly and looks elegant at the same time. Very practical – especially suitable for people working in the services, as well as those who value comfort, warmth and anonymity.
-
The jacket is very versatile – thanks to the removable lining, it works almost all year round, except for very cold days. The material is of solid quality.
-
The jacket matches the description. Size XL fits perfectly for a height of 193 cm. The material is good. After the first rain, the water ran off without a problem. The lining is a great solution. For chilly evenings, it keeps you warm very well. I recommend it.

A very good jacket at a reasonable price. I tried on several other models before deciding on the Mil-Tec olive. At first, I wanted the Brandit Giant, as it makes a great impression with its factory-washed effect, but the olive shade wasn’t as shown in the pictures, so I changed my mind. I think I’ll get it in black in the future, as it looks great. Although the M65 Mil-Tec contains polyester, the material is soft, pleasant to the touch, and has an olive shade that suits me. With the liner, the jacket is very warm; without the liner, it’s a bit looser – exactly what I wanted. The waist drawstring adjustment is very practical. For anyone needing size advice, I went with an L – I’m 177 cm tall, 114 cm chest, 85 kg and it fits well.
-
The M65 Mil-tec in size M corresponds to an L in Brandit jackets. It measures about 60 cm under the arms. The Mil-Tec material is more durable. The jacket has shorter and somewhat narrower sleeves than the Brandit, and it is wider at the front. It is also shorter than the Brandit. For people around 1.7 m tall with an average build, the Mil-Tec is a better fit – the sleeves aren’t too long, the stomach is well covered, and the whole jacket isn’t too long.
-
This jacket can be called a cheap, solid solution – inexpensive, comfortable, and durable.

Excellent jacket!

For me, the jacket is great – it fits well, is durable and comfortable. I recommend it to everyone. A classic choice.

Good morning. I am completely satisfied. The jacket is warm and comfortable, and the lining can be detached for warmer days. I definitely recommend it.

I really liked the jacket, even though according to the size chart it was too small for me. However, it’s so nice that I didn’t return it – I gave it to my son instead, and I’ll buy a larger size in the same model for myself.
