M65 Mil-Tec Jacket with Detachable Liner - Woodland
Military jacket in Woodland camouflage with detachable liner. Created in the likeness of the legendary M65 model used by the U.S. Army since the Vietnam War. The M65 jacket is a true classic - practical, comfortable, spacious, durable. It has gained immense popularity worldwide. Interestingly, it has appeared numerous times in movies and TV series, worn by characters portrayed by actors such as Sylvester Stallone in "Rambo", Robert De Niro in "Taxi Driver", or Bronisław Cieślak in "07 zgłoś się".
Durable and solid material, detachable liner
The jacket is made from a blend of cotton and polyester. The outer layer is a durable fabric containing 65% polyester and 35% cotton, while the lining is made of fully cotton material. An advantage of the model is also the Thermo Liner warmer, filled with polyester insulation with a grammage of 170 g/m2. The warmer can be detached, allowing the jacket to be used year-round.
Four practical pockets
The model includes four spacious pockets closed with snaps:
- two in the waist area
- two at chest height
Windproof cover, adjustable cuffs, and high collar
The main closure is a strong zipper. It is covered by a flap with snaps that prevents wind from entering under the jacket. Additional protection against wind is provided by a drawstring sewn into the waist and hem. The cuffs close with Velcro (hook and loop), allowing them to be adjusted to the user's wrist size. The jacket is equipped with a high collar, which conceals a hood. Epaulettes are located on the shoulders.

- detachable liner for additional insulation

Woodland Camouflage
Woodland, also known as U.S. Woodland or M81, is a classic camouflage pattern introduced to the US Armed Forces in the early 1980s, based on the earlier ERDL camouflage. For over two decades, it remained the standard pattern used by the US military until the end of the first decade of the 21st century. It is characterized by large, irregular patches in shades of green, brown, beige, and black, which provide good camouflage and deformation properties, especially in wooded areas. Thanks to its effectiveness and global recognition, it has spawned numerous variations that have found their way into over 60 uniform formations around the world. The pattern has also had a huge impact on popular culture, shifting from military applications to everyday fashion.

As usual, the store did a great job! The package arrived extremely quickly. I can always count on them. Unfortunately, the Mil-Tec M65 jacket completely disappointed me. The stitching and workmanship are terrible quality! The products from this company are very poor – the threads in my regular pajamas are sturdier! It's not even suitable for fishing, let alone everyday wear. I have jackets from Alpha Industries and Helikon, and Mil-Tec doesn't even come close to them. The only small plus is the color, which is somewhere between Alpha and Helikon. Overall, I do not recommend this purchase.

The jacket offers good value for money, but I chose to return it and order the same M65 model from Helikon. I am tall, slim, and have long arms (I am 180cm and 65kg), and size M fit me very well. Why do I only give 4 stars? Because the epaulettes weren't sewn symmetrically. There was a difference of about 5mm between them, which bothered me. I also wanted a more durable material and I understood that Helikon would meet this criterion. The black was more intense than the black on the standard Brandit rip-stop.

My weight is 79-82 kg, height 171 cm – size M. Perfect fit. The sleeves are adjustable. The length is just right. Roomy, without a warm lining, I think it will be more comfortable and suitable for spring. You can also wear it in winter if you add extra layers of thermal underwear and a sweater. I recommend using it with a Mil-Tec sweater. The collar covers well, so you don't need to buy an extra buff. I haven't tested it in the rain yet, but it’s great in wind and cool weather. Very good quality for the average class of this M65 model. Even though it has a tractor zipper, I usually close the jacket with the button-snaps. The sizing at Mil-Tec is, as always, very accurate.

After adding the lining, the jacket is very warm; without it, it's suitable for transitional periods. The ability to tie it at the ribs means that even a larger size fits well. The material is well impregnated and does not let water through. The hood is practical, and the pockets are easily accessible and convenient. The buttons are only for attaching the lining, the other closures are snaps and a sturdy zipper. Mil-tec designs (both flaps and jackets) are very well thought out.

A warm and solid jacket that fits the body well and looks elegant at the same time. Very practical – especially good for people working in services and those who value convenience, thermal comfort, and anonymity.
-
The jacket is very versatile – thanks to the removable lining, it's suitable for almost the entire year, except for very cold days. The material is of solid quality.
-
The jacket matches the description. The XL size fits perfectly for a height of 193 cm. The material is fine. After the first rain, water rolled off with no problem. The lining is a great solution. It keeps you warm very well on chilly evenings. I recommend it.

Very good jacket at a reasonable price. I tried several other models before deciding on the Mil-Tec olive. At first, I wanted the Brandit Giant, because it makes a great impression with its factory faded effect, but the olive shade wasn't as shown in the photos, so I changed my mind. I think in the future, I will buy it in black because it looks great. Although the M65 Mil-tec contains polyester, the material is soft, pleasant to the touch, and has the olive shade I like. With the lining, the jacket is very warm, and without the lining, it feels looser – exactly as I wanted. The drawstring waist adjustment is very practical. If anyone needs sizing advice, I chose L – I am 177 cm tall, 114 cm in the chest, 85 kg, and it fits well.
-
The Mil-tec M65 in size M corresponds to size L of the Brandit jacket. It measures about 60 cm under the arms. Mil-Tec's material is more durable. The jacket has shorter and slightly narrower sleeves than Brandit, and it is wider at the front. It is also shorter than Brandit. For people around 1.7 m tall with an average build, Mil-Tec will work better – the sleeves are not too long, the belly is well covered, and the whole thing is not too long.
-
This jacket can be described as a cheap, solid solution – affordable, comfortable, and durable.

Amazing jacket!

For me, the jacket is great – it fits well, is durable and comfortable. I recommend it to everyone. Classic choice.

Good morning. I am fully satisfied. The jacket is warm and comfortable, and the lining can be detached for warmer days. I definitely recommend it.

I really liked the jacket, although according to the chart it was too small for me. However, it was so nice that I didn’t return it; I gave it to my son and will buy a bigger size of the same model for myself.
