I bought another first aid kit from this series – I already have the Mil-Tec First Aid Kit Midi Pack in Olive colour. After adding my necessary supplies, I use this kit as my personal one. As mentioned in other reviews, the equipment lacks a 50 x 50 mm dressing. The pouch, which is important to me, is sturdy and water resistant.

First aid kit worth recommending. It has complete equipment, allowing you to provide basic medical care in almost any circumstances. The outer material protects well against moisture. Easy access to the inside and plenty of compartments. Well-selected basic set.
-
This is not a first aid kit that meets all needs, it requires a few additions, but the fact that there’s already something inside is a big plus. The case is solid, with easy mounting to a backpack.
-
Everything is fine, the first aid kit is solidly made. The equipment could be better, but there is still a lot of free space inside, so you can add something according to your own needs.
-
Compact and handy first aid kit, when opened it looks like a wallet with card compartments. You can wear it on a belt or on a MOLLE backpack. Plus for the two-way, splash-proof zip. I was missing a 50x50 mm dressing, so I’m giving four stars – I wonder if this is missing in other kits too?
-
The first aid kit is well made, even after longer use the cover hasn't worn out or torn, even though it was packed really full. For this price, I really recommend it.
-
A small and convenient first aid kit. It's worth adding something of your own, like better scissors, but for this price it’s really good. It's sturdy – even when packed full, the material holds up without tearing. I recommend it.
-
I carry it on my backpack, haven’t had to use the contents yet and I hope it stays that way. Of course, I checked what’s inside and I’m satisfied with the purchase.
-
A really great first aid kit – it’s light, very small, with extra compartments, which makes it easy to organise things. Plus for the MOLLE fastening – you can attach it to a belt or the side of a backpack.
-
A miniature first aid kit for a short trip. It fits everywhere, doesn't take up any space and is almost weightless. Contains basic dressings, scissors, etc. It's enough for a one- or two-day trip.
-
A really small first aid kit, which still fits quite a lot inside. I’ve added octenisept, painkillers, extra plasters for the kids and a thermal blanket to mine – everything fitted, I was genuinely surprised. I definitely recommend it, especially because of the size.
-
The kit is very small but still holds a lot thanks to many compartments and essential equipment. Perfect for a medium-sized backpack when you don’t want to carry a large first aid kit. You can also attach it, e.g. to a belt. Recommended.
-
The product is carefully made and surprisingly spacious for its size – there’s an organiser inside. It should withstand light rain, especially since the zips are well secured. It's a pity it only comes in two colours, but you can attach it to a backpack or belt. It's worth having such a "micro first aid kit" for every trip, e.g. urbex. I equipped it my way and still had a bit of space left – great!
-
Very well-made small first aid kit. The case is sturdy with a well-protected zip. The advantage is the fastening with velcro and a snap. Inside, there's a great organiser for small items. I recommend it.

This is exactly the size of first aid kit I needed. It fits the most important small accessories from the main kit. I added a few pairs of gloves, a resuscitation mouthpiece and a meter of plaster without dressing. The convenient MOLLE mounting is a big plus.
