I bought another first aid kit from this series – I already have the Mil-Tec First Aid Kit Midi Pack in Olive color. After supplementing it with my essential items, I use this kit as my personal one. As mentioned in other reviews, the kit is missing a 50 x 50 mm dressing. The pouch, which is important to me, is sturdy and water-resistant.

First aid kit worth recommending. It has complete equipment, allowing you to provide basic medical help in almost any condition. The outer material effectively protects against moisture. Easy access to the interior and many compartments. Well-chosen basic set.
-
This is not a first aid kit that meets all needs, it requires some minor additions, but the fact that there’s already something inside is a big plus. The pouch is sturdy, and easy to attach to a backpack.
-
Everything is fine, the first aid kit is well made. The equipment could be better, but there is still a lot of free space inside so you can add something according to your own needs.
-
Compact and handy first aid kit, when unfolded it resembles a wallet with card slots. You can wear it on a belt or attach it to a molle backpack. Plus for the two-way, splash-proof zipper. Mine lacked a 50x50 mm dressing, so I give it 4 stars – I wonder if that's missing in other kits too?
-
Well-made first aid kit, even after prolonged use the cover didn’t get damaged or torn, even though it was very packed. For this price, I really recommend it.
-
Small and handy first aid kit. It's worth adding something yourself, e.g., better scissors, but for this price it’s really good. It’s sturdy – even though it’s stuffed, the material holds without tearing. I recommend it.
-
I carry it with my backpack, haven't had to use its contents yet and I hope it stays that way. Of course, I checked what's inside and I'm satisfied with the purchase.
-
Really great first aid kit – it's light, very small, with additional compartments, allowing you to organize things well. Plus for the MOLLE attachment – you can attach it to a belt or the side of a backpack.
-
A miniature first aid kit for a short trip. It fits everywhere, doesn't take up space or weigh almost anything. Contains basic bandages, scissors, etc. It's enough for a one- or two-day trip.
-
A really small first aid kit that can still fit quite a lot inside. I added octenisept, painkillers, extra band-aids for kids and a thermal blanket to mine – everything fit, I was actually shocked. I highly recommend it, especially because of the size.
-
The first aid kit is very small but still holds a lot thanks to many compartments and necessary equipment. Ideal for a medium-sized backpack when you don’t want to carry a large kit. You can also attach it to a belt, for example. I recommend it.

The product is made carefully, and surprisingly it’s quite spacious – there’s an organizer inside. It should withstand light rain, especially the zippers are well protected. It’s a pity it only comes in two colors, but you can attach it to a backpack or belt. It’s really worth having such a "micro first aid kit" for every trip, e.g., Urbex. I equipped it my own way and still have a bit of space left – great!

Very well-made small first aid kit. The case is sturdy, with a well-protected zipper. A plus is the fastening with Velcro and a snap. Inside, there's a great organizer for small items. I recommend it.

This is exactly the size of first aid kit I needed. It fits the most important, small accessories from the main first aid kit. I also added a few gloves, a resuscitation mouthpiece and a meter of plaster without gauze. The convenient MOLLE attachment is a big plus.
