The matches are not really intended for survival use. In fact, they don't withstand moisture for long (the red part disintegrates if it's damp for too long), but they can be used when wet. The striker also won't last long in damp conditions. So, use them with this in mind, as you would normal matches, but they're usable once in the rain or after falling in water (but use quickly afterwards!).

For me, this product didn't do its job. The matches themselves are fine and they do work even when wet, but if the striker gets wet, their waterproofing won't help. Better to invest in storm matches in a sealed case.
-
The matches have a great price-to-quality ratio. They're not typical storm matches, but they're much more efficient and effective in damp or rainy weather than standard matches. I definitely recommend them.
-
Good quality for the price. Waterproofing – they're fine if splashed, but not so much if fully submerged. They light moderately well, but do the job. No need to make a big deal of it.
-
These are just ordinary matches, nothing more :D They work fine, you get 4 packs (so the price is great), perfect as a backup for other fire-lighting methods or quick use. Really handy.
-
Good matches at an attractive price. Four packs for 13 zloty is a great offer. They also work after getting wet and are handy for lighting a stove or other devices.
-
For the price, the matches are very good quality. The quality difference compared to ordinary shop-bought ones is noticeable. Ideal for the car or first aid kit.
-
For 13 PLN you get four packs of really good matches that work even after getting wet. Just don't get the striking surface wet. In short, they do what they were made to do. I recommend them!
-
Very good value for money. They work great during rainfall. As the name suggests, they're resistant to water, not wind, but they do their job in tough weather conditions. Recommended!
-
Really good matches that you can light even when they are wet. However, you need to be careful with the striking surface – if it gets wet, you have to wait until it dries. The price of 12.99 PLN for 4 packs seems fair to me. In strong wind, lighting them can be tricky, which I can confirm after trying on a boat.

For 13 PLN, you can get 4 packs of good matches that are durable and do what they're supposed to. From my experience, they even work in the wind, although with very strong wind they have difficulties – still, I recommend them!
-
For this price, four packs are really a great option. They're resistant to moisture, so you don't have to worry about them as much. I carry them as a backup source of fire (in case the fire striker fails :) ).
-
They're moisture resistant and give a strong flame when lit. It's worth keeping a supply in different places just in case, but they're also handy for daily use.
-
Miltec matches are of very good quality. Ideal for everyday use and as a backup fire source in emergencies. They're durable and moisture-resistant – much better than standard ones.

I'm a traditionalist and, apart from a firesteel, I mostly use matches to light campfires. I always carry them in my EDC. Regular shop-bought matches are getting worse and worse. These Mil-tec ones are far more durable and protect better against moisture. As for the waterproofing – maybe they're not fully waterproof, unless you also coat them with wax, but they're still much better than regular matches.
