Mechanically, the metal parts are flawless – the blade opens and closes easily and is quite well sharpened. The handle material is ordinary plastic, not nylon as in the V-x. The presence of an additional lock on a one-handed pocket knife annoys me, because it seems unnecessary. The choice between Mikov and Sentinel is just a matter of personal preference.
A compact pocket knife with a minimalist design, equipped with a Drop-Point blade made of AISI 420 stainless steel, hardened to a hardness of 53-55 HRC. The smooth blade has a flat grind, which ensures good cutting properties while remaining easy to sharpen.
The blade is opened in the traditional way, using a nail cutout, and stability during work is guaranteed by a secure and easy-to-use Liner Lock.
The handle is equipped with molded scales made of durable PVC plastic, resistant to mechanical damage and changing temperature conditions. At the base of the handle, there is a metal ring (O-ring), which allows you to attach keys, a cord or a strap.

The metal parts in the knife worked properly – the opening and closing mechanism functioned well, and the blade was fairly well sharpened. Unfortunately, one of the handle scales would pop off one of the pins. It seems that quality may differ depending on the particular item. Therefore, it's worth considering for yourself whether to choose Mikov or Sentinel.

Easy to use, affordable, and a well-made penknife with a lock, which is a big advantage. A great choice for those just starting their adventure with knives.
