Mechanically, the metal parts are flawless – the blade opens and closes easily and is quite well sharpened. The handle material is ordinary plastic, not nylon as in the V-x. The presence of an additional lock on a one-handed pocket knife annoys me, because it seems unnecessary. The choice between Mikov and Sentinel is just a matter of personal preference.
A simple and functional pocket knife with a drop-point blade made of stainless steel AISI 420, hardened to 53–55 HRC. The blade has a smooth cutting edge with a flat grind, which ensures good cutting properties and easy maintenance.
It is opened by the nail notch and the Liner Lock mechanism, which is valued for its intuitive operation, ensures that the blade is securely locked.
The handle scales are made of durable PVC, a material resistant to mechanical damage and temperature influences. At the end of the handle there is a metal O-ring, which allows you to attach a lanyard, keys or a key ring.

The metal parts in the knife worked properly – the opening and closing mechanism functioned well, and the blade was fairly well sharpened. Unfortunately, one of the handle scales would pop off one of the pins. It seems that quality may differ depending on the particular item. Therefore, it's worth considering for yourself whether to choose Mikov or Sentinel.

Easy to use, affordable, and a well-made penknife with a lock, which is a big advantage. A great choice for those just starting their adventure with knives.
