Light bomber jacket with the characteristic flight jacket design. The outer material is a robust nylon, while protection against the cold is provided by an insulating polyester shell.

The jacket fastens with a robust zip and features ribbing on the waist, wrists and collar. The main zip has been additionally protected with an internal windproof placket.

The model is equipped with five practical pockets:
- two inner ones closed with press studs,
- two external with flap closure with press studs,
- one on the left shoulder with a zip fastening.

The shoulder pocket is additionally equipped with loops for four pens or other accessories.

The MA-1 can be worn on either side. The inner part has been made in reflective orange. This distinctive design is linked to the original purpose of the MA-1 jackets for USAF pilots. In the event of a malfunction or shoot-down, they had a better chance of being rescued by the search services. Nowadays, this ingenious solution may prove useful when moving along the side of an unlit road outside a built-up area.

The MA-1 jacket is a very successful model with a classic cut. It provides excellent protection against cold and wind, while also ensuring everyday comfort. The blue colour looks fantastic and stands out among typical colours. The fabric feels durable, and the details are precisely made. The jacket fits well to the figure and will work in various styles. Overall, it’s an interesting model that perfectly combines classic design with comfort.

I am 180 cm tall and have a slight belly, size M fits perfectly. The jacket is a bit less warm than the Mil-Tec MA-1 Flyers Basic, but with temperatures just above zero, a T-shirt is enough. The pockets and zips meet expectations.

Size M is 2 cm too short for a height of 179 cm and a rather large belly, but the rest is fine. Size L would be too big, I definitely prefer the smaller one. The colour is fine, the jacket was washed at 40 degrees. The zip is ordinary, the cuffs could be better, but for this price you can't expect too much. In the past, this type of jacket used to cost between 50 and 100 zł at the market and brings back memories of the 90s. I recommend it if you wore such jackets back then.
