After losing the first pair, I bought them again. They practically have no flaws, only according to the description they have weak protection against cuts, but I haven't checked this personally. They are versatile, durable, and do not get damaged.
Mechanix Wear Original Core 3 Tactical Gloves - Olive Drab
Versatile durable gloves designed to provide basic mechanical protection. Their optimal fit guarantees full grip control, allowing precise tasks to be performed without restrictions. Ideal for uniformed service officers, military personnel, shooting sports enthusiasts, as well as during survival expeditions, automotive workshop work, DIY enthusiasts, and airsoft games.
Breathable CoolPlus material, touchscreen compatibility, Lock Ring technology
The outer layer of the gloves is made from lightweight, breathable CoolPlus fabric, which reduces sweating and promotes air circulation. The construction made from one piece of fabric minimizes the number of seams, resulting in greater durability, while the mesh material is resistant to tearing and snagging. The inner part made from 0.8 mm synthetic leather guarantees a secure grip and precise feel, while allowing the use of touchscreens without the need to remove the gloves. The wrapped Lock Ring panel reinforces the critical area around the thumb, improving glove durability while reducing seams especially susceptible to damage.
Strong adjustable TPR closure, Freedom-Flex cuff, 2-part palm construction
The gloves are equipped with a solid closure made from TPR material (Thermoplastic Rubber compliant with EN 13594 standard), fastened with a hook-and-loop (velcro). The two-part palm interior construction and stitched Freedom-Flex cuff prevent material bunching and provide a very good fit and freedom of movement. Additional ventilated padding in the lower palm area improves air flow and provides protection against injuries.
norm: ANSI/ISEA 105-3XX and EN388-2121X
The gloves meet the American protective standard ANSI/ISEA 105 at level 3XX in terms of resistance to cutting, abrasion, and puncture, which means:
- 3: abrasion resistance (on a scale from 1 to 6)
- X: cut resistance (on a scale from A1 to A9)
- X: puncture resistance (on a scale from 0 to 5)
The gloves meet the protective standard EN388 at level 2121X in terms of resistance to mechanical risks, which means:
- 2: abrasion resistance (on a scale of 0–4)
- 1: cut resistance (on a scale of 0–5)
- 2: tear resistance (on a scale of 0–4)
- 1: puncture resistance (on a scale of 0–4)
- X: cut resistance – TDM test (ISO 13997) (on a scale of A–F)
In the ANSI/ISEA 105 standard, abrasion resistance is rated on a scale from 1 to 6 and refers to the number of cycles a material can withstand before wearing out. Cut resistance is classified on a scale from A1 to A9 (from the lowest to the highest level of protection). Puncture resistance is rated on a scale from 0 to 5 and indicates the force required to puncture the glove surface with a sharp probe (does not apply to needle puncture).
The scales specified in the EN388 standard define the level of glove protection: a value of 0 indicates no protection, while the highest values (4, 5) indicate the maximum level of resistance.
When testing using the TDM method (ISO 13997), letter markings are used, where A indicates the lowest level of protection and F the highest.
The X marking indicates that the given parameter was not tested or is not applicable.

The gloves were selected according to the indicated size chart. They are a bit too narrow, and the fingers seem too long. However, perhaps they will adapt during use. The Velcro looks like it might wear out quickly.
-
I think I already have three pairs of these gloves and they have never let me down. They are well made, fit nicely on the hand, and are comfortable to wear. They allow air through and dry quickly after getting wet, and even when wet they still work well during work.
-
Great gloves, they work well during use in the field. The size is perfectly matched. With very intensive and demanding use, they may wear out quickly, but despite this, they are still worth recommending.
-
The gloves present very high quality, which is clear at first glance. Their price is not the lowest, but they are worth the money. They fit the hand perfectly, do not pinch, and your hand does not sweat too much. They are lightweight and equipped with practical loops that allow you to conveniently attach them to a backpack. I definitely recommend them.
-
They are Mechanix, after all. Outstanding workmanship and stitching as usual, very comfortable to wear and a perfect fit if you choose the right size. Even back in my service days, they were my favourite.
-
Great gloves – they have already protected my fingers from mechanical injuries several times, so they fulfil their function perfectly. I think I'll have to order another pair, they're really worth it.

The gloves are really very comfortable and versatile. The range of tasks you can do in them is huge: from heavy stone, bricks and unloading shipments to working in the garden, with cars and various tools. The size L was a bit stiff and tight at first, but literally in a couple of days the leather softened and fit the hand perfectly. The protection is excellent, sensitivity is normal, except that it is not convenient to tighten very small nuts – you'll have to try hard not to drop them. The main downside is the factory glue. I started working in them, and after 5 days the black pad between the thumb and index finger had already begun to peel off – there's no stitching at the edges there at all. And the gloves are new, I haven't even washed them yet. I had to glue it back myself to prevent it from falling off completely (in the attached photo, the glove is already after I re-glued it myself). When buying, I recommend paying close attention to the model photos: it's better to choose an option where this black pad at the bend is NORMALLY STITCHED with threads, not just glued. Then you won't have any problems. For this money, a flaw with the gluing is very unpleasant, and the quality control at the factory disappointed me.

Very good gloves, they fit my hand perfectly and the Velcro fastenings hold very firmly. After three months of frequent use, they still look like new.

These famous and durable gloves in Coyote colour are made of synthetic leather, which provides excellent trigger feel, while TrekDry technology effectively protects your hands from overheating. Maximum protection and user comfort!
-
They wear out quickly. They are made of thin material, but I appreciate the fact that they are suitable for precise manual work, even when operating touch screens. Among the several models I tested, the Original version seems to be the most versatile.
-
These gloves are a real hit for off-road riding – exceptionally comfortable, they fit the hand perfectly, and the durable material gives great feel.
-
The gloves look great, well-made, pleasant leather and cut, comfortable on the hand. The fingers might be a bit long, but these are work gloves, after all. Externally, the product is excellent, but only time will tell how they will hold up in use.
-
The gloves are carefully made from high-quality materials, which makes them fit the hand perfectly, look very attractive in reality, and guarantee a secure grip and good feel for the weapon.

During shooting training, you can adjust the optics and simultaneously operate the stopwatch on your phone. The gloves fit the hand perfectly and wick away sweat well. I definitely recommend them!
