The pouch is carefully made from durable material. It has no rigid reinforcements and is rather shallow. The only thing that gives me cause for concern is the fastening method, as it can come loose on a Templars Gear belt.

Maskpol TM-08 Magazine Pouch - MAPA
Pouch in MAPA camouflage made from durable 560 Cordura. The use of elastic drawstrings allows you to carry magazines of various sizes. The interior features a non-slip insert that reduces the risk of accidentally dropping a magazine.
MOLLE slots, mounting straps
The surface of the pouch features precisely cut slots compatible with the MOLLE system, allowing easy integration with other tactical gear. Attachment is via mounting straps, making it easy to secure to a belt or vest.
MAPA camouflage
The MAPA camouflage pattern was designed by Maciej Dojlitko, a graduate and currently a researcher at the Faculty of Architecture and Design of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk, the author of, among other publications, Theory of Deconstruction of Visual Communication. Tools for designing military camouflage (Gdańsk 2015). The innovative design, supported by convincing theoretical and experimental arguments, including computer analysis of thousands of photographs of the terrain, attracted the attention of specialists and military clothing manufacturers. In 2017, the MAPA camouflage made its debut at the International Defense Industry Exhibition in Kielce as a camouflage pattern for the Dromader system of accouterment and uniforms by Maskpol, which is part of the Polish Armaments Group. The system was created for soldiers of the Territorial Defense Army, but the MAPA camouflage itself was also considered as a perspective pattern for the entire Polish Armed Forces, where it could replace the wz.93 camouflage. Unfortunately, the MAPA camouflage has not been implemented to date as an official camouflage pattern of the Polish Army.

- use of the illusion of three-dimensionality and anamorphosis effect
- biomorphic shapes making the design similar to vegetation
- strongly contrasting elements imitating flashes of light and shadows
- deformation of the masked silhouette using macro pattern
- color noise reproduced by means of a micro pattern
The MAPA pattern is an interesting alternative to the best contemporary camouflage patterns such as PenCott, MultiCam, Kryptek, Flecktarn or Finnish M/05. In some respects it is more advanced than them, and also better reproduces the colors found in Central European forests in the period from later spring to early autumn.

The pouch has been carefully made and holds well on the belt. The magazine is properly secured against falling out. However, you need to be careful when inserting the magazine, as there are no side reinforcements.

Very good pouches. At first, you have to "break them in" a bit and adjust so that they hold the magazines well. Thanks to the ability to tighten them, you can be sure that the magazines won't fall out. The elastic band further secures the magazine from dropping out.

The pouch is really solid. Carefully sewn, costs a reasonable amount. The magazine retention is very good and adjustable with an elastic band. Plus, it's a Polish product.

MASKPOL deserves praise for the ability to buy a complete set of equipment in their camouflage. I have this pouch and I definitely recommend it. The magazines are well secured, and the elastic allows for additional adjustment.

I've got this pouch mounted in my MAP. It's very solid and fairly priced. Its depth is just right, and retention is adjusted with an elastic band. When pulled tight, the magazine won't fall out even while running.
