The filter is designed for the gas mask MT213/2. In combination with the mask, it provides protection for the respiratory system against the harmful effects of toxic industrial substances in the form of solid and liquid particles, wherever the oxygen content in the air is at least 17% vol. The filter uses Rd 40x17" threaded connector. The housing of the F 21/80-P3 model is made of metal.
The filter meets the requirements of the European standard EN-143:2000 in class P3 , which defines the required degree of protection against hazards in the form of dusts and suspensions with a high degree of fineness, mists and aerosols of liquids with micron-sized particles.

It works well; I used it while stripping old paint.

It works properly and is suitable for all intended uses. It is lighter and smaller than the standard filter absorber, which makes it much more comfortable to use.

I used it on an MP5 mask during the loading of sawdust in a warehouse. If it hadn’t worked, my dust allergy would definitely have flared up. Since I could breathe without any problems, it means the filter really does protect against wood dust. Can you imagine someone with a pollen allergy using it for a spring walk in the park? :P
