For the price of one good breathalyser, you can get several hundred disposable tests. Another advantage is that they're small and fit in the luggage. I checked – it works. Always to hand in the glovebox. They don't need batteries or calibration. If they expire, it's no loss to throw them away as they cost pennies.

Bought the tests out of curiosity and it seems they've done their job. I think after drinking alcohol, they'll show its presence, but I wouldn't rely on them as the only criterion for deciding whether to drive or avoid a fine.
