I bought the multitool in 2021 and usually keep it in my fishing bag, mainly using it for crimping weights or cutting fishing line. Most of the time, though, it sat in the cellar; sometimes the bag was damp. This year, when I took it out, the tools were covered in rust, even though it's not a cheap product and should be resistant to corrosion. Otherwise, the device is convenient and practical for such purposes, but when I compare it to a regular Stanley, which cost much less, the Leatherman doesn't fare well – the Stanley has not a spot of rust, despite being much older. The quality leaves a lot to be desired.

You can tell it's a product of a renowned American brand. Even though it’s the smallest model in the Leatherman family, everything is crafted with great attention to detail.

There is a clear difference between cheap Chinese multitools and Leatherman – even the most affordable version is definitely of a higher quality.

It’s a must-have in my pocket :) Without it I feel like something’s missing. The multitool is extremely practical – the screwdrivers are very helpful, the pliers grip firmly, and the knife blade is really sharp! The whole thing is durable and well made. This is Leatherman’s basic multitool, but for me it’s brilliant. I take it almost everywhere. It works great in the woods, in the garage, or on walks. There hasn’t been a situation where I haven’t found it useful. Highly recommended!
